DLA (Disability Living Allowance) will be ending from April 2013 & Personal Independence Plan (PIP) Funding will replace it. Wiltshire CIL (Centre for Independent Living) have organised a specialist speaker from Disability Rights UK to talk about who will be eligible for PIP, how you can prepare for this change & other advice.
